Limbaugh emerged as a leading conservative figure in the United States throughout the 1990s and served as the anchor of a nationwide television program from 1992 to 1996. According to Talkers Magazine’s estimation in December 2019, Limbaugh’s show garnered a combined weekly viewership of 15.5 million listeners, making it the most popular radio show in the United States.
